The kitchen is often considered the most important room in any home, especially one that has nourished dozens of little mouths over the years. Throughout the project development process, identifying key features and problem areas for each room is crucial. For this homeowner, who operates an in-home daycare, the kitchen presented a unique set of challenges. The space was too open to little hands and lacked sufficient countertop prep space.
